Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Data & Analytics

Are you looking to start a career in a specialist recruitment market that’s shaping the future of business? We’re hiring Trainee and Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join a high-performing team focused on Data, Analytics, and Technology recruitment.
No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided from day one, alongside clear progression and strong earning potential.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the data and analytics space. This includes:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates across data, analytics, and tech markets
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing roles from initial briefing through to placement
- Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers
- Developing deep market knowledge to become a specialist consultant
This is a fast-paced, commercial role suited to individuals who are motivated by targets, progression, and financial reward.
