Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Data & Analytics

?? Location: London?? Starting Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission�? First-Year OTE: £40,000+

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the data and analytics space. This includes:

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates across data, analytics, and tech markets
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing roles from initial briefing through to placement
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers
  • Developing deep market knowledge to become a specialist consultant

This is a fast-paced, commercial role suited to individuals who are motivated by targets, progression, and financial reward.
