What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunting and sourcing top talent
- Writing engaging job adverts and reviewing CVs
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Managing offers and closing deals
- Working to targets and earning commission
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate (2:2 or above preferred) or previous sales/commercial experience
