Your Day-to-Day:

Engage with candidates and clients across a variety of industries

Source, interview and prep candidates for roles in sales, tech, and finance

Build and manage your own candidate pipeline

Handle client briefs and pitch your best candidates

Work toward weekly billing targets with a structured support plan
