What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate (2:2 or above) - any subject considered.
- Sporting background (team or individual) showing commitment and competitiveness.
- Natural drive, determination and resilience.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask.
- Commercial or sales experience (6+ months) is desirable but not essential.
Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Source and headhunt candidates in the technology sector.
- Speak with candidates daily and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle - from business development to placing candidates.
- Work towards clear, achievable targets in a competitive sales environment.
