They are looking for a driven, personable Graduate/Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
No previous recruitment experience needed!
Grad Recruitment Consultant | £28,000£35,000 + Commission | London
What will youll be doing?
- Researching and identifying high-calibre candidates
- Building and managing long-term candidate relationships
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Learning from an experienced and supportive team
- Progressing quickly based on your performance
You will need to be someone who is:
- Naturally personable, confident and curious
- Ambitious and motivated by earning potential
- Hard-working with a genuine desire to succeed
- Comfortable building relationships with senior professionals
- Commercially minded but not a stereotypical "sales" personality
- Someone who is down-to-earth, collaborative and keen to learn
- Previous work experience alongside/after university is a strong plus
