The Role:
You will join our structured Graduate Training Programme, designed to teach you everything you need to become a successful recruiter and future team leader. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment process - sourcing, screening and matching candidates to exciting roles.
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding what makes a great fit.
- Engaging in sales and business development, identifying new opportunities and growing your own client base.
- Advising candidates on CVs, interviews and career development.
- Working toward clear targets and KPIs, with rewards for exceeding them.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and fun team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re not expecting recruitment experience - just the right attitude and drive to succeed. You should have:
- A 2:1 or above (any discipline), or equivalent experience.
- Proven commercial or sales experience (retail, hospitality, telesales, fundraising, etc. all count!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive edge - motivated by goals, performance and rewards.
- Resilience and adaptability - recruitment is fast-paced, and no two days are the same.
