The Role:

You will join our structured Graduate Training Programme, designed to teach you everything you need to become a successful recruiter and future team leader. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process - sourcing, screening and matching candidates to exciting roles.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding what makes a great fit.
  • Engaging in sales and business development, identifying new opportunities and growing your own client base.
  • Advising candidates on CVs, interviews and career development.
  • Working toward clear targets and KPIs, with rewards for exceeding them.
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative and fun team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re not expecting recruitment experience - just the right attitude and drive to succeed. You should have:

  • A 2:1 or above (any discipline), or equivalent experience.
  • Proven commercial or sales experience (retail, hospitality, telesales, fundraising, etc. all count!).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A competitive edge - motivated by goals, performance and rewards.
  • Resilience and adaptability - recruitment is fast-paced, and no two days are the same.
