The Opportunity

They are now looking to hire an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their London team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing both candidate and client relationships while building your own specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying high-calibre candidates within specialist markets

• Head-hunting and approaching candidates through LinkedIn, phone, email and networking

• Building long-term relationships with candidates and understanding their career ambitions

• Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements

• Business development and generating new opportunities

• Managing candidates throughout the interview and hiring process

• Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements

• Developing a strong understanding of your specialist market

• Working towards individual and team targets

• Building a network of candidates and clients that generates repeat business

Previous recruitment experience is not required. We are more interested in your attitude, ambition and ability to build relationships.
