What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing high-quality talent through a variety of channels
- Managing interviews and candidate preparation

- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner within the technology sector
You'll be supported by experienced consultants from day one, giving you the tools to become a successful recruiter.

- Previous recruitment experience isn't required. Instead, our client is looking for people with the right attitude and potential, including:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence speaking with people over the phone and in person
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.
