Looking to start a career where your ambition, communication skills and results can directly influence your progression and earning potential? We are working with a global, specialist recruitment business that is growing its team and looking for ambitious individuals to join as Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants. No previous recruitment experience is required. Whether you’re a recent graduate, have some commercial experience, or simply want to build a career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this could be an excellent opportunity to get started. German-speaking candidates would be particularly welcome, although fluency in German is not essential.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become a specialist within your chosen market, building relationships with both candidates and clients and helping some of the world’s most innovative businesses find exceptional talent. You’ll receive structured training and ongoing support, but from day one you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and approaching potential candidates through a variety of channels
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of specialist professionals
  • Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, ambitions and career goals
  • Working with clients to understand their hiring requirements
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
  • Developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Researching your market and becoming a specialist in your chosen sector
  • Using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and internal systems to source talent
  • Working towards individual and team targets
  • Developing your commercial, negotiation and communication skills

What We’re Looking For

We’re less interested in previous recruitment experience and more interested in attitude, ambition and potential. You could be a great fit if you are:

  • Ambitious and motivated by progression
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working towards targets
  • Resilient and able to handle setbacks
  • Curious, competitive and keen to learn
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A strong relationship builder
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations
  • Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

German language skills would be a major advantage, particularly for candidates interested in working across the DACH market, but they are not essential. A degree is welcome but not required. We’re looking for potential rather than a particular academic background.

What’s On Offer?

  • £30,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Structured training from day one
  • Clear, merit-based progression
  • Ongoing coaching and development
  • The opportunity to build a specialist career in recruitment
  • International exposure and the potential to work with clients and candidates across global markets
  • A collaborative, high-performance working environment
  • Regular team incentives and social events
  • A range of additional benefits

You’ll also have access to dedicated learning and development, with the opportunity to shape your career as you progress whether that means becoming a senior recruiter, moving into leadership, developing commercially or eventually taking your career internationally.

Why Recruitment?

Recruitment is a career where your development can be incredibly fast if you’re willing to put the work in. You’ll develop valuable skills in sales, negotiation, business development, relationship management and communication, while building a professional network that can stay with you throughout your career. If you’re ambitious, competitive and want a career where your performance is recognised and rewarded, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Interested?

If you’re looking for your first step into recruitment and want to join a business where you can genuinely build a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you.
