Our client is an established Executive Search business, partnering with leading organisations to identify and secure senior-level talent across their specialist market.
They're looking for ambitious, commercially driven salespeople who are ready to move into a more consultative environment and build a long-term career in Executive Search.
No previous recruitment experience is required.
What you'll be doing You'll be involved in the full Executive Search process, working with senior professionals and clients from initial market research through to successfully closing a deal.
Your responsibilities will include:
Researching markets and identifying senior-level talent
Headhunting and approaching high-calibre candidates
Building trusted relationships with candidates and senior professionals
Winning new business and developing existing client accounts
Understanding client requirements and advising on the best approach
Managing search processes from initial brief through to successful placement
Conducting interviews and presenting shortlisted candidates
Managing negotiations and closing offers
Developing your own network and market expertise
Working towards personal and team targets
