We're looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a growing specialist recruitment team, working with clients and candidates across the US technology market.
This is an entry-level recruitment role, so previous recruitment experience is not required. Whether you're a recent graduate or have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, business development or another target-driven environment, we're interested in your potential.
The role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while developing your skills in sales, business development, negotiation and relationship management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and identifying candidates for specialist technology positions
Building and developing relationships with candidates
Speaking with clients to understand their hiring requirements
Business development and generating new client opportunities
Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls
Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Developing your own network and market knowledge
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Working with the US market You'll specialise in the US recruitment market, working with international clients and candidates across the technology sector.
The role operates on US working hours, giving you the opportunity to work directly with your market during its normal business day.
