I'm currently working with a high-growth recruitment agency in London that is looking to hire an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the very start of their career who is looking to break into recruitment, with full training provided and a clear path for progression.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, cold calling and direct outreach
- Writing and advertising job roles to attract high-quality candidates
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing interview processes and preparing candidates
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Working towards individual and team targets
