They're now looking to bring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant into their Reading office. You don't need recruitment experience or a specific degree – they're looking for someone with ambition, resilience and the drive to make things happen. What will you be doing? Building relationships with senior professionals and high-profile clients. Identifying talented candidates and matching them with exciting opportunities. Developing new business through calls, networking and proactive outreach.
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement. Working towards targets, winning new business and earning commission. Developing specialist knowledge across policy, public affairs and communications. Who would suit the role? Someone confident speaking to new people and building relationships.
