What you'll be doing You'll be trained to become a specialist recruitment consultant, combining sales, business development and candidate management.
Your day-to-day will include:
Speaking to businesses and developing new client relationships
Winning new recruitment opportunities through business development
Identifying and approaching candidates within the tech market
Interviewing candidates and understanding what motivates them
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Building your own network and becoming an expert in your chosen market
It's a role where you'll be on the phone, having conversations, winning business and competing against your own targets.
