As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with businesses and professionals throughout the hiring process. You'll combine sales, business development and relationship management to become a specialist within your market. You'll be responsible for: Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates Building relationships with clients and developing new business Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement Advising candidates throughout the recruitment process Negotiating offers and closing deals Developing a strong network within your chosen sector Becoming a trusted specialist within your market What We're Looking For
