Research Associate – Executive Search

They are looking to hire an ambitious graduate or early-career professional as a Research Associate. This is an opportunity to enter the executive search industry without previous recruitment experience and develop specialist skills in research, market mapping, headhunting, candidate assessment and client delivery. Working alongside experienced Executive Search Consultants, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging senior-level talent for confidential leadership assignments. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed market research
Mapping organisations, sectors and talent pools
Identifying senior executives and potential candidates
Using LinkedIn, databases, company information and other research sources
Building candidate profiles and preparing research documents
Approaching and engaging senior professionals
Conducting initial candidate conversations
Assessing career history, motivations and suitability
Supporting consultants throughout search assignments
Preparing candidate reports and presentations
Developing sector and market intelligence
Supporting client meetings and search strategy
Maintaining accurate and confidential candidate information
Contributing to business development and market development initiatives
You'll learn how executive search works from the ground up and develop the ability to understand complex organisations, identify relevant talent and communicate confidently with senior professionals. What we're looking for
