Overview

A fast-growing recruitment company is looking for a proactive and driven individual to join its close-knit team in a newly created Junior Marketing & Brand Operations role. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in shaping the brand presence and voice of the business, with a particular focus on launching and growing a podcast, building social media traction, and contributing to wider operational and talent attraction efforts.

You’ll work directly with members of the Senior Leadership Team and benefit from ongoing training in branding and marketing. Ideal for someone with creative flair, a strategic mindset, and the hunger to grow quickly within a scaling business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Marketing Development
    • Develop and manage a compelling social media presence
    • Execute branding campaigns across digital platforms
    • Support in defining and refining brand tone and visual identity
    • Collaborate with leadership on content strategy
    • Launch a company-branded podcast by April 2026
    • Drive long-term content strategy, guest planning, and promotion
  • Operational & Talent Attraction Support
    • Assist with internal recruitment marketing
    • Support Ops and Talent Acquisition teams on projects that intersect with brand
    • Provide insights on candidate engagement and employer brand
  • Strategy & OKR Contribution
    • Support delivery of business OKRs aligned with April 2026 goals
    • Contribute to end-of-year strategic planning for marketing and branding

About You

  • A genuine interest in branding, marketing, and content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, creative, and confident with a \”self-starter\” mindset
  • Comfortable working across departments and wearing multiple hats
  • Ambitious with a desire to progress quickly
  • Ideally has some experience in social media, podcasting, or marketing (internships or side projects welcome)
