The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop expertise in a niche, high-value market

• Build and manage a network of senior-level professionals

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation

• Contribute to building long-term, strategic client relationships
