What You’ll Be Doing- Partnering with leading financial institutions and high-growth firms
- Sourcing and placing high-calibre professionals across front, middle, and back office roles
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Building your own client base and becoming a specialist within your market
- Negotiating high-value offers in a fast-paced, competitive environment
