The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- Develop relationships with clients across investment banking, fintech & asset management
- Source, interview, and manage high-calibre candidates
- Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and close deals
- Take ownership of the full 360 recruitment cycle
