The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Source and engage top candidates, job boards, and networking

• Build and nurture client relationships to fully understand hiring needs

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement

• Meet and exceed targets to maximize your earnings and career progression

• Stay informed on market trends and candidate expectations

What We\’re Looking For

• 2025 graduate (any degree) with no prior recruitment experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Resilient, motivated, and target-driven

• Coachable and eager to learn in a dynamic team environment

What Youll Get

• Competitive base salary of £24,000£28,000 plus uncapped commission

• OTE of £40,000+ in Year One, £75,000+ in Year Two, and £100,000+ in Year Three
