Graduate Executive Search Consultant £37,500 Basic + Discretionary Bonus | London | 4 Days Office-Based
Our client is a boutique global executive search firm specialising in the alternative investment sector, working with some of the world's most prestigious Hedge Funds, Private Equity firms, Asset Managers and Private Credit businesses.
They are looking for an intelligent, ambitious and commercially minded graduate to join their London team and build a long-term career in executive search.
This is very different from traditional recruitment. There are no KPIs, no aggressive sales culture and no candidate ownership . Instead, you'll work collaboratively alongside experienced search professionals on complex, senior-level mandates.
What you'll be doing: Researching and identifying senior candidates across financial services
Working on searches for Portfolio Managers, C-suite executives and senior Finance, Technology, Operations and HR professionals
Building relationships with senior industry professionals
Supporting client projects and gradually taking ownership of searches
Learning directly from experienced Partners and Search professionals
Developing your market knowledge, network and reputation
