The Role
- You will be trained from the ground up to become an executive search consultant, working closely with senior consultants and clients to identify and engage exceptional talent.
- Your day-to-day will involve:
- Researching and mapping senior talent across specialist markets
- Building relationships with senior professionals and candidates
- Speaking with candidates and understanding their career ambitions
- Developing new business and client relationships
- Managing searches from initial brief through to successful placement
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
