The Role

As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, youll be trained to manage senior-level search assignments. Youll work closely with clients and candidates, develop market knowledge, and deliver high-quality placements.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with senior clients and candidates

• Identify and headhunt top-tier talent

• Conduct market mapping and targeted outreach

• Manage the full search process, including interviews and feedback

• Negotiate offers and close placements

• Meet and exceed performance targets to maximise earnings
