Are you competitive, ambitious and motivated by success? Our client is looking for driven individuals to join their growing recruitment team in London. No previous recruitment experience is required; full training will be provided. Candidates from individual sports backgrounds such as Swimming, Boxing, Tennis, Running or Mixed Martial Arts are encouraged to apply due to the competitive and target-driven nature of the role.
The Role
- Sourcing and speaking with candidates for live vacancies
- Managing the recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Writing and posting adverts across job boards
- Learning business development and sales skills
- Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission (First Year OTE 40k+)
