Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - German Speaker

No previous recruitment experience is required. German-speaking candidates would be particularly welcome, although fluency in German is not essential. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, youll become a specialist within your chosen market, building relationships with both candidates and clients and helping some of the worlds most innovative businesses find exceptional talent. Youll receive structured training and ongoing support, but from day one youll have the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and approaching potential candidates through a variety of channels Building and maintaining a strong network of specialist professionals Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, ambitions and career goals Working with clients to understand their hiring requirements Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement Developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients Researching your market and becoming a specialist in your chosen sector Using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and internal systems to source talent Working towards individual and team targets Developing your commercial, negotiation and communication skills What Were Looking For Were less interested in previous recruitment experience and more interested in attitude, ambition and potential. You could be a great fit if you are: Ambitious and motivated by progression Confident communicating with people at all levels Commercially minded and comfortable working towards targets Resilient and able to handle setbacks Curious, competitive and keen to learn Organised and able to manage multiple priorities A strong relationship builder Comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do German language skills would be a major advantage, particularly for candidates interested in working across the DACH market, but they are not essential.
