Im currently working with a high-performing recruitment firm specialising in financial services, looking to hire an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to break into recruitment within a lucrative and fast-paced market, placing professionals across areas such as investment banking, asset management, fintech, and insurance.
The Role
Youll focus on sourcing and placing talent within the financial services sector, working closely with both clients and candidates while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates across financial services disciplines (e.g. front office, risk, compliance, operations)
- Writing and posting targeted job adverts for specialist roles
- Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, from boutique firms to global institutions
- Managing interview processes and preparing candidates
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Developing deep market knowledge within your chosen financial niche
