The Opportunity
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll work closely with both clients and candidates, helping businesses find the right talent while building valuable professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging potential candidates
- Reviewing CVs and writing job advertisements
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
