What you'll be doing Recruitment is a mix of sales, networking and problem-solving. You'll be responsible for:
Building relationships with candidates and senior professionals
Winning new business and developing existing client accounts
Identifying and approaching candidates through headhunting and networking
Taking vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
Conducting interviews and preparing candidates for client meetings
Managing offers, negotiations and the closing process
Developing your own network and becoming an expert within your chosen market
Who they're looking for You don't need recruitment experience. More important is your attitude and ability to perform in a target-driven environment.

What you'll get £29,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission
£45,000+ OTE in Year 1
£65,000–£75,000+ OTE in Year 2
£100,000+ earning potential in Year 3
