About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Executive Search Consultant to join our growing team in Leeds. This is an opportunity to work with senior-level clients and candidates across high-growth and specialist markets, delivering retained search assignments and building long-term relationships with industry leaders. What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end executive search assignments from briefing through to placement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Identifying, approaching, and engaging high-calibre candidates
  • Conducting market mapping, research, and talent intelligence projects
  • Writing candidate reports and presenting shortlists to clients
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy and market insights
  • Working towards individual and team revenue targets

  • Previous experience in recruitment, executive search, sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
