Due to the continued impressive growth of our Capital Allowances services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Allowances Senior Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will help grow and shape our capital allowances practice contributing to business generation and providing expert advice to clients and managing complex projects across various industries.
Hybrid pattern: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home. London. We will consider candidates from other locations that would work from a regional office for 2 days, London 1 day and two days working from home on average.
Responsibilities- Overseeing and managing capital allowances projects for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize tax savings through capital allowances claims
- Leading client meetings and presentations to explain complex tax concepts and recommendations
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth
- Staying up-to-date with changes in UK tax legislation and regulations affecting capital allowances
- Collaborating with other tax specialists to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the capital allowances practice
- Ensuring quality control and timely delivery of all project deliverables
- Contributing to thought leadership initiatives, including articles, webinars, and industry events
- Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ideally hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, or RICS
- Have demonstrable experience in capital allowances tax consulting
- Have expertise in capital allowances calculations and claims across various industries
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients
- Have experience leading and mentoring junior team members, and proven team player
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tax legislation changes
