What You\’ll Be Doing We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Audit Team in Cambridge. Our Cambridge office has recently doubled in size and plans further growth. You will be part of a team with extensive industry experience, working on an interesting portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities include planning, performing, and completing the audit process for each assignment, ensuring clients receive high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Establish relationships with key contacts at the client. Provide efficient and proactive service, exceeding expectations. Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with the client Partner or Director, keeping them updated on progress. Maintain awareness of the commercial aspects of clients’ businesses and their impact on our work. Highlight opportunities for S&W from the work undertaken. Communicate regularly with clients to confirm progress, resolve hurdles, and meet expectations. Qualifications What you\’ll need to be successful: Studying for an accountancy qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA). Experience in audit and accounts within a professional services firm. Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients. Experience supervising others and delegating work. Ability to motivate staff for optimal performance. Organisational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, directors, and professionals. Proactive cost monitoring against budgets for clients.
