What You'll Be Doing
During the programme you will:
- Work within our Operations department while completing your training
- Learn about warehouse, logistics and transport operations
- Complete self-study to prepare for theory examinations
- Attend driver training sessions and practical lessons
- Develop safe driving knowledge and professional driving standards
- Progress through each stage of the Accelerate Programme
- Work towards achieving your HGV licence and professional driver qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Aged 21 or over (insurance requirements)
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 1 year's driving experience
- No penalty points or previous driving disqualifications
- Willingness to learn and self-study
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable
- Warehouse experience
- FMCG, logistics or distribution experience
