Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Customer and Supplier Management:

  • Manage and develop opportunities with existing customers, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Identify and secure new customer business to grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms and supply reliability.

Operations and Coordination:

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver on customer orders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in trading, finance, and warehousing to optimize sales execution.
  • Oversee all administration tasks associated with contract sales using systems and Excel.

Team Collaboration and Development:

  • Lead by example to inspire a high-performing team culture.
  • Support and advise colleagues across the business
  • Support wider company initiatives and projects when required.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use strong analytical skills to process and interpret large amounts of data, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
