We are looking for a visionary Consultant Social Worker to help launch and stand up our brand-new IFD Assessment Team. This is a high-profile pilot project sitting within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), specifically aligned with the Family First Partnership Programme model.
The Mission
The goal of this pilot is to revolutionize early intervention. You will work to support families promptly and at the earliest opportunity, preventing unnecessary escalation into long-term social work teams. By providing expert assessments and immediate family visits, you will play a key role in stabilizing caseloads across the service.
Key Responsibilities:
