Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality social work services in accordance with relevant legislation, Council policies, procedures, and the Code of Practice for Social Care Workers.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes aligned with the Department of Health's Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework.
- Complete:
- New adult social care assessments
- Safeguarding enquiries
- Reviews of care and support needs
- Support the management team with the effective handling of incoming referrals and daily operational demands.
- Maintain accurate and timely case recording and assessments.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
- Recent experience within Adult Social Care
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and statutory responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
