SW Locums is recruiting an Advanced Practitioner to join Coventry City Council's highly regarded Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). The Role
As part of the MASH Team, you will be responsible for screening contacts, gathering information, assessing risk, and supporting effective safeguarding decisions. You will work closely with partner agencies to ensure children receive the right support at the right time.
Your duties will include:
- Managing contacts and safeguarding referrals
- Reviewing information from partner agencies
- Completing information requests and probation checks
- Attending and contributing to strategy discussions
- Assessing risk and making timely recommendations
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records
Working Arrangements
Successful candidates will initially work full-time from the office during induction. Once established within the team and familiar with local processes, hybrid working will be available with up to 2 days working from home per week.

- Excellent assessment and analytical skills

- Previous MASH experience is highly desirable
