Key Responsibilities: * Manage a Children & Families caseload of varying levels of complexity, including assessments, planning, intervention, reviews, and evaluations. * Complete welfare reports and attend court proceedings when required. * Work in line with the Social Care Capability Framework (SCCF). * Develop effective partnerships with statutory, voluntary, and private sector agencies, carers, and parents. * Maintain accurate and timely case recordings using agreed systems. * Apply legislation, local policies, and procedures relating to Children in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children. * Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people through effective social work practice. Requirements: * Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England. * Experience within Children's Social Care. * Strong assessment, safeguarding, and case management skills. * ASYE to be completed within 2 years of qualification.
