The Opportunity
Join Bracknell Forest Council’s Outstanding-rated Children’s Specialist Support Team, supporting high-quality services for children with disabilities and their families. Working alongside the Team Manager, you will:
- Provide reflective supervision and support to social work staff
- Develop and mentor practitioners
- Lead multi-agency meetings
- Oversee performance and quality assurance
- Champion the voice of the child across practice
- Use your safeguarding and management expertise to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families
