  • Deliver high-quality social work services in accordance with relevant legislation, Council policies, procedures, and the Code of Practice for Social Care Workers.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes aligned with the Department of Health’s Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework.
  • Complete:
    • New adult social care assessments
    • Safeguarding enquiries
    • Reviews of care and support needs
  • Support the management team with the effective handling of incoming referrals and daily operational demands.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case recording and assessments.

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
  • Recent experience within Adult Social Care
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and statutory responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
