Job Description
What will you be doing? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Restructuring Services team in London as Team Administrator on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fast paced role offering exposure to a wide range of administrative and team support activities.
As Team Administrator, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and engagement letters
- Supporting billing and processing invoices through NetSuite
- Managing diaries, meetings, travel, and bookings
- Handling calls and general enquiries professionally
- Supporting client onboarding, including AML checks
- Processing expenses and assisting with timesheets
- Conducting basic research (e.g. Companies House searches)
- Preparing documents for e-signature and presentations
- Providing general admin support and PA cover when needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative or team support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
