The Client Administrator will join our Client Admin Financial Planning team in London, responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners and building relationships with clients to deliver a positive client experience.

Hybrid working pattern: This role will require full time in office through the probation period and will then move onto our smart working pattern of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities (e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable).
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required).
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working within Financial Planning / Wealth Management is essential.
  • Experience working within a client support / financial planner support role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds etc.
  • An ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • A strong ethic of client service.
  • Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
