We're seeking a talented individual to support the growth of our Financial Services Corporate Finance team and join as Director in London. In this role you will lead and manage client relationships, aiming to develop new business from your current client base and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service at all times and ensure that customer experience is a priority across your team.
- Ensure services provided are in line with the group's Conduct Risk framework and strive to achieve Exceptional Advisor competencies and status.
- Ensure efficient, high quality, proactive and timely execution of advice and services for clients.
- Ensure that clients' requirements are serviced by members of your team with appropriate seniority, experience and technical ability.
- Promote and build the group's reputation internally and externally.
- Contribute to business strategy where relevant to help ensure that decisions put the client first and are commercially viable.
- Build and cultivate relationships with current and potential clients of the group and identify and pursue key targets.
- Act as an effective leader in accordance with the Exceptional Leader profile and competencies.
- Maintain and develop your own high standards of technical and professional competence and nurture this in other members of your team or direct reports.
Qualifications
- Proven complex client experience and client handling abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of the practice area.
- Proven technical leadership.
- Experience and knowledge of staff management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent marketing, business development skills and strong commercial awareness.
- Professional qualification: ICAEW (from Corporate Finance Faculty), ACA or equivalent.
