What will you be doing? As a Digital Compliance Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others:
- Assist in the design, development and testing of solutions to automate and streamline tax compliance workflows (mainly using MS PowerSuite).
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, workflows and use cases.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
- Act as a digital and AI ambassador, sharing knowledge and supporting the adoption of new tools within the wider team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for further automation and process improvement.
- Lead the digitisation of the tax business by exploring and implementing technology solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- Proven and demonstrable experience in business analysis or related field.
- Demonstrable use of AI applications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with business process modelling and requirements gathering.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Platform, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in a professional services environment, preferably tax.
