At SW Domiciliary Care, we\’re looking for Live-in Support Workers to provide compassionate support for clients in their own homes across Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

Weekly pay: £750 – £945 (based on placement, experience, and client needs)

Your Role as a Live-in Carer

Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
Support with medication, mobility, and daily routines (training provided)
Prepare meals and encourage hydration
Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
Offer companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients to appointments, shopping trips, or outings
Follow care plans and complete digital records
Adjust duties based on individual client needs

What We\’re Looking For

Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
At least 1 year of live-in care experience
UK driving licence and car (preferred)
Kindness, empathy, and professionalism
Strong communication skills
Basic IT knowledge for record-keeping
