Key Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day HR activities across the employee lifecycle

  • Support absence management, performance processes, and employee relations matters
  • Prepare HR documentation in line with policies and procedures

About You

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in HR or administration, or CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong interest in building a long‑term career in HR
  • Organised, approachable, and confident working with people at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with good attention to detail
  • Keen to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive setting
