Provide leadership and direction to crew and onshore staff through empowerment, mentorship and development Drive up employee engagement through effective day to day management of our people Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders within the Port (customers, agents, port authority, unions) to derive maximum value from the business relationship and to ensure towage
