  • Manage all identified remedial activities on-site, ensuring site management adheres to project specifications and timelines; engage with contractors to ensure competence, site safety and effective scheduling of works during and outside school hours; conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify potential risks as part of risk management, developing mitigation strategies, monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting, including progress reports, technical drawings, O&Ms and financial records; prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, facilitating stakeholder communication and fostering effective collaboration among project team members and external partners.
