EXCITING CARE OPPORTUNITY – PERMANENT WAKING NIGHT ROLE! SV Care is recruiting a Permanent Waking Night Residential Support Worker for our Ofsted-registered children’s residential provision within Colchester. This is a chance to help shape a service in a newly renovated, spacious modern property finished to the highest standard.

Duties Include
- Supporting young people to engage in education
- Ensuring young people’s health needs are met
- Providing advice, support, and guidance
- Managing complex behaviours and crisis intervention
- Administering and recording medication
- Maintaining daily records and administrative work
- Contributing to the care planning process
- Liaising with external stakeholders and our own multi-disciplinary team
- Attending mandatory training
- Engaging in team meetings
- Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping, cooking, etc.)
