The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator in our Thetford office. This is a varied coordination role supporting the identification and management of new business opportunities. You will monitor tender portals and shared inboxes, maintain accurate opportunity trackers, coordinate information across the business and assist with reporting, compliance and marketing activity. The role would suit someone with experience in bid administration, tender support, project coordination, commercial administration or general business support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shared inboxes and online portals for new tender opportunities, updates and correspondence.
- Ensure opportunities and important communications are shared with the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain an accurate tracker of expressions of interest, tenders, successful bids, unsuccessful bids, declined opportunities and live projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of the company’s pipeline of future work.
- Coordinate information from different departments to support tender submissions and business opportunities.
- Update internal and external documents, brochures, and marketing materials as required.
